Efter önskemål från båda lagen har matchen om tredjeplats cancellerats. England Juniors Red blir till följd av bättre placering i kvalet formellt trea i turneringen, medan Denmark Mixed blir fyra.

At the request of both teams the Play-off match has been cancelled. England Juniors Red will be formally ranked third in the tournament due to higher final ranking in the Qualifying Swiss while Denmark Mixed will be ranked fourth.
